Now I have more than 5000 obsolete chips to trade or sell and a lot of exciting experiences to share with other collectors. My "collection" is used for displays in cardrooms and casinos, and I attend up to 12 chip shows a year. Since retirement, this hobby has become my main source of travel and has introduced me to a very interesting world of collectors. I hope you will become one of them.
I expect to present various chips for sale or trade as time allows. If you are a new collector, I hope to share information to enable you to enjoy chips with some specialzation, avoiding random collecting. Too many of us have not been able to narrow our collecting, which is necessary to survive and create capital to enjoy your collecting endeavors.
A chip that has been a keystone in the history of chip collecting is the Harrah's Sailboat Chipco of 1990. A copy of the article presented in the Fall Issue of our Club Magazine, Casino Chip and Token News may give you some insight to the new world of chip collecting.
